A temporary email you can use now

Generate a temporary inbox without registration. Verification codes and notifications appear right here, and the address and messages are cleaned up when it expires.

A buffer for sign-up flows

Keep verification codes and one-time confirmations in a short-lived address instead of handing your everyday email to a site you will visit only once.

Its lifetime is shown in the countdown

Start with 3 hours and extend when needed. The maximum is 24 hours from creation, so you always know when it expires.

Read it and move on

Emails, the address, and access credentials are removed when the address expires. There is no settings page to revisit just to close it.

Clear expiration

An expiring email is not one you leave around forever

A truly expiring email should make its usable lifetime clear. VuSend shows a second-by-second countdown beside the address, giving short-term tasks a defined start and finish.

After claiming: 3 hours

The page creates a temporary email address ready to receive messages. When you refresh, valid credentials restore the same inbox instead of switching you to a new address.

Task still in progress: add 3 hours at a time

Extend the lifetime while waiting for manual review or a confirmation email that will arrive later. Extensions are added to the remaining time; elapsed time is not reset.

Latest: 24 hours after creation

The address cannot be extended beyond its maximum lifetime. A clear limit keeps a temporary inbox from quietly becoming a second email account to manage long term.

Use cases

Use anonymous receiving for short-lived tasks

Temporary email works well for one-time actions, not for accounts that need recovery, renewals, or ongoing communication. Consider how long the task will last before choosing which address to share.

Sign-up verification codes

Use a temporary email to receive codes when trying a new tool, accessing time-limited content, or completing a one-time verification, keeping follow-up marketing out of your main inbox.

Confirmation links

Receive event registrations, survey confirmations, and one-time download links. Check the sender and domain before opening, and never submit sensitive information through an email.

Trying an app

When deciding whether a service is worth keeping, isolate its notifications in a temporary inbox first. If you stay, switch the account to a recoverable everyday email.

Test an address exposure

If you are unsure how a page will use your email, isolate the risk with a disposable address. Even if unwanted marketing follows, it will not clutter your everyday communications.

Leave fewer identity traces

Automatic deletion solves the problem of forgetting to clean up

Anonymous receiving does not mean invisible. A website may still see your network address, browser details, and anything you submit. VuSend only reduces exposure of your long-term email address in short-term situations.

What gets cleaned up at expiration

The temporary address, access credentials, and messages in the inbox are deleted when the lifetime ends. Once the countdown reaches zero, the old address should not be treated as a way to recover an account.

  • No VuSend account registration required
  • No turning a temporary inbox into a permanent archive
  • No promise that an old address can be claimed again

What you still need to decide

A verification code can grant login access, and a confirmation link may directly change an account. Even in a temporary inbox, handle both as carefully as passwords.

  • Check the sender domain and the context of the action
  • Never forward verification codes or share inbox credentials
  • Use a recoverable long-term email for important accounts
Terminology

What is the difference between temporary, disposable, and short-term inboxes?

These terms often point to the same type of tool in search results, but each highlights something different. Understanding the distinction helps you choose the right use case instead of assuming no registration means suitable for every account.

Two paths

Short-term receiving and long-term forwarding belong in separate panels

For tasks that end today, use the temporary inbox on this page. When you need ongoing delivery without revealing your real email, use a separate forwarding-alias dashboard.

A temporary email cannot serve as a recovery channel after it expires. A forwarding alias sends messages to your real inbox and lets you pause, resume, and manage archives. The two tools solve different problems, so VuSend keeps them separate.

Troubleshooting delivery

Four checks to make when a verification code is late

A short-term inbox does not involve a complicated search through a spam folder. Most delivery delays can be quickly checked in four places: the address, the send action, refreshing, and sender restrictions.

Check the full address

After copying it, check that the form did not add spaces, and make sure the @vusend.com suffix is included. If you recently changed addresses, the old address on an earlier page will not update automatically.

Confirm the site actually sent it

Some services require you to click “Send verification code” again, and may show a CAPTCHA or cooldown first. Complete the page’s required steps before waiting for the email.

Refresh once manually

The page polls periodically and also offers a refresh button. Refreshing does not change the address; it only reloads the current inbox. There is no need to keep creating new addresses.

Check for sender restrictions

Some services explicitly reject disposable email domains. This is not a delayed message but the sender’s registration policy; use a recoverable everyday email for important services.

Frequently asked questions

What to confirm before using a temporary email

How long does a VuSend temporary email last?

A new address lasts 3 hours by default. You can add 3 hours at a time, but its total lifetime cannot exceed 24 hours from creation. The remaining time is shown in the countdown.

Will refreshing the page lose my current address?

As long as the access credentials saved on your device remain valid, refreshing restores the same address and inbox. If browser storage is cleared or the credentials expire, you can no longer access the old inbox.

Why do verification emails sometimes not arrive?

Check the address, confirm that you triggered the send action, and refresh manually. The sender may also delay delivery or reject disposable email addresses altogether.

Can I use it to register an important account?

We do not recommend it. Banking, work, healthcare, shopping orders, and accounts requiring long-term recovery should use a stable email because an expired temporary address cannot recover them.

Does the temporary inbox keep attachments?

No. The temporary inbox is intended for verification codes, text notifications, and confirmation links; it does not store attachments. Messages over 100MB are also rejected.

What happens when I change addresses?

The system creates a new 3-hour email and signs the old inbox out of your current session. Handle any codes or links in the old inbox before switching.

Is this a completely anonymous email?

It keeps your everyday email hidden from the sending website, but it cannot erase network, browser, or information you submit yourself. Think of it as an address-isolation tool.

When should I use email forwarding?

If a contact channel needs to stay active for weeks or longer, a pausable forwarding alias is a better fit. It is managed separately from the temporary inbox on this page.

The address is ready—start receiving now

Copy the current address for your short-term task. Extend it only if you need more time; there is no need to create an account first.
