You must meet the minimum age and capacity required in your jurisdiction to enter this type of agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
VuSend provides temporary inboxes with defined expiry periods and a forwarding-alias dashboard accessed by email verification code. These are separate tools; a temporary inbox does not automatically become a permanent forwarding account.
Features, domains, quotas, and retention periods may change for security, capacity, or legal reasons. The current limits shown on the site are part of the service.
New temporary addresses are valid for 3 hours by default and may be extended in 3-hour increments, up to 24 hours from creation. When the countdown ends, the address, emails, and access credentials are cleared and cannot be recovered.
Do not use a temporary address as the sole recovery channel for important accounts, payments, healthcare, work, or identity services. You are responsible for account loss caused by ignoring the validity period.
You must control the destination email used for login and forwarded messages, and protect verification codes, sessions, and two-factor authentication keys. Do not set someone else’s email as the destination to intercept their communications.
Aliases may be subject to quotas and rate limits. Promptly pause or delete entry points you no longer use, and ensure the destination inbox can still receive messages normally.
You may use the service for lawful registrations, trials, confirmations, notification filtering, and privacy-friendly forwarding. You must still follow the sender site’s rules and applicable intellectual property, privacy, and communications laws.
Automated requests must remain at a reasonable rate and must not affect other users. If you receive a misdirected message or content you are not authorized to view, stop using it and avoid further distribution.
Do not use the service for fraud, phishing, spam, harassment, threats, impersonation, evading age or regional restrictions, bulk registration, or bypassing third-party bans. Do not receive, store, or distribute unlawful, infringing, malicious, or exploitative content.
Do not probe unauthorized interfaces, bypass quotas, disrupt networks, reverse-engineer access controls, sell access credentials, or package the service as your own email infrastructure. We may rate-limit or block clear risks.
Email content is supplied by senders, and VuSend does not endorse its authenticity, legality, or safety. Before opening links, submitting codes, or downloading content, verify the sender’s domain and the surrounding context.
Third-party websites may reject disposable email addresses or delay or retract messages. Their account policies and delivery decisions are outside VuSend’s control.
This site’s interface, branding, copy, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, while lawful content you send or receive remains with its respective rights holder. Using the service does not grant permission to copy our brand or resell the system.
You grant us only the limited permission necessary to transmit, display, forward, and securely process emails. This permission ends when the processing purpose and retention period end.
We may restrict addresses, aliases, network sources, or accounts to address security risks, abuse, legal requirements, capacity failures, or breaches of these Terms. Emergency measures may be taken without prior notice to prevent ongoing harm.
You may stop using a temporary inbox, delete aliases, or leave the dashboard. Termination does not require us to restore data already cleared under its retention period, and it does not remove liabilities arising before termination.
The service is provided as is and as available. Email delivery depends on multiple independent systems, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, fitness for a particular purpose, or timely delivery of every message.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Where a jurisdiction does not allow all exclusions, mandatory protections still apply.
To the extent permitted by law, VuSend is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including losses caused by temporary-address expiry, third-party rejection, or unrecoverable accounts. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the extent reasonably related to the specific service.
If your unlawful use, infringing content, or breach of these Terms leads to a third-party claim, you must cover the resulting losses and reasonable costs to the extent permitted by law. This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited for intentional misconduct.
We may update these Terms as features, laws, or risks change and will show the effective date on this page. Continued use of the updated service means you accept the new Terms; material changes will receive reasonable notice.
Disputes should first be discussed in good faith through support@vusend.com . Governing law, jurisdiction, and non-waivable consumer rights are determined by the rules that mandatorily apply to you; if any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
